 Enjoy a beautiful, 90 minute yoga and craft relaxation experience.

Miss Kelly will bring her calming yoga, meditation magic and crafty mindfulness tools, while you and your child/ren enjoy unwinding, relaxing, creating and having fun together. 

This class is suitable for beginners and includes:

Connection time through partner yoga poses.

Relaxing partner massages.

Yoga Therapy poses for heart opening and to relieve anxiety and stress.

Calming breathing techniques you can use at home.

A beautiful guided relaxation meditation.
