Back by popular demand, this heart-warming workshop is perfectly timed to help children and families release the stress of Term 3, have fun and create magical memories together during the school holidays.

This 90-minute yoga and craft workshop is inspired by the gentle wisdom of spring - an invitation to connect with our growth, movement, vision, planning and looking towards the future.

Treat yourself and your child to some much-needed relaxation, creative fun and precious connection time together.

Children can attend with a parent (ages 5+) or independently (ages 7+)

Workshop Location: 141 Horizon Drive, Middle Park (St Cats United Football Clubhouse)

Time: 3:30 - 5:00 PM (Doors open from 3PM)

  • Connection time through partner yoga poses

  • Relaxing partner massage

  • Yoga Therapy poses to support the lungs & large intestine in autumn.

  • Calming breathing techniques to use at home

  • A beautiful guided relaxation meditation
