This 90-minute yoga and craft workshop is inspired by the gentle wisdom of winter - an invitation to slow down, rest, restore and discover your courage and unique superpowers.

When we learn how calm, relaxation and self-care help us shine our brightest, we realise we are capable of amazing things. After all, even superheroes need time to recharge their powers too!

Treat yourself and your child to some much-needed relaxation, creative fun and precious connection time together.

Children can attend with a parent (ages 5+) or independently (ages 7+).

  • Connection time through partner yoga poses

  • Relaxing partner massage

  • Yoga Therapy poses to support the lungs & large intestine in autumn.

  • Calming breathing techniques to use at home

  • A beautiful guided relaxation meditation
